Individualized Solutions for Injury Rehabilitation & Injury Risk Reduction
All physical therapy services will begin with a free consultation. If physical therapy is recommended, a formal evaluation will be scheduled. The evaluation will be up to 120-minutes of one-on-one, uninterrupted attention from Montana Rhoden, PT, DPT, CSCS. The evaluation will take place at a destination that is most optimal for you (e.g. online video conference, your house, or your climbing gym). A patient-centered approach will be implemented to address the limitations most important to you. Together, we will develop a plan of care that is specific to your goals, schedule, and budget. I will be your partner in your recovery process, offering evidence-based education, guided movement, and science-based programming.

Individualized Solutions for Strength & Performance Coaching
All strength and performance services will begin with a free consultation. If we determine we will be a good team, a formal evaluation will be scheduled. The evaluation will be up to 120-minutes of one-on-one, uninterrupted attention from Montana Rhoden, PT, DPT, CSCS. The evaluation will take place at a destination that is most optimal for you (e.g. online video conference, your house, or your climbing gym). We will discuss your injury history, training history, training goals, and more. Based on your goals, we may perform a battery of mobility, strength, power, or endurance tests. These assessments will provide clear, objective measurements that we can utilize to track your progress. We will then collaborate in the formation of your individualized training program.
All services will begin with a FREE 30-40 minute consultation. We will assess your needs and determine if we will be good team. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial evaluation appointment. Following the evaluation, we will determine if you'd benefit from follow-up sessions.
