Strength and Performance Follow-Up
Service Description
Follow-up sessions will be 75-90 minutes of one-on-one, undivided attention from Montana Rhoden, PT, DPT, CSCS. These follow-up sessions will take place at a destination that is most optimal for you, as agreed upon during the initial evaluation (e.g. online video conference, your house, or climbing gym). These sessions are designed with your specific goals in mind. This may include (but not limited to) instruction in: - Proper resistance training exercise technique (e.g. for barbell bench press, barbell high-bar squat, barbell deadlift, and other worthwhile exercises) - Proper gym etiquette and general safety considerations - Application of auto-regulation in your training sessions - Application of strength and conditioning principles and basics of program design - Utilization of climbing-specific equipment
